This is one church in Spencer that
is not making an effort to bring cheer to all.

I have reluctantly placed these photos on our website until I saw a couple strolling down the middle of the street this very day with one in a wheel chair.  To give you some history I have brought this sidewalk parking problem in Spencer next to Central Methodist church to the attention of the Spencer Police, Town Manager, the past & present pastor and the church council chairman of Central Methodist Church, none of which did not care to react positively.  It may not be an ordinance violation but it is certainly being rude to handicap folks.   I'll bet each family driving these vehicles has someone in their own family that needs a good sidewalk.  The bottom three photos are contractor parking doing repairs to the newly acquired old firestation by the Spencer JayCees'.  Is there anyway the walking public can use this sidewalk.  The dumpster should have never been allowed to be left on the sidewalk.
